So, I keep having this problem with not getting my workouts done first thing in the morning. Then I end up running around in my workout clothes most of the day, and hold off on eating because I want to eat after the workout. Know what I mean? Does anyone have that problem? When do you guys get your workouts done?

I have the same problem! I've been in workout clothes for 2 days. And I nursing... she has been demanding the past few days and its been hard to get in a workout anytime but right before bed. I want to get it in earlier too.

I like to do it right after I get the kids out the door for school. If I don't do it then the day gets out of hand and you are doing it at 11:00 at night and half asleep. It really helps your day go better if you get it done in the morning. Walking outside if you want to join!
