workouts

ok I have no problem with drinking all the water, eating 5 healthy meals, journal, not eating after 8:00 and not snacking but.......... I hate working out! Does anyone have any tips on wanting to work out? Although I have been working out I have to force myself to do it..... that sucks :(

I've had to learn to just make myself do it, which has been incredibly hard the past 5 months, since A) I've had to go into my basement where my treadmill is, and B) my sleep has been off. I keep the wise words from one of my 11-year-old piano students, a boy,telling me how proud he was of a really good week of practicing. "STARTING'S THE HARDEST." The first 10 or so minutes suck. But, thanks to the Eagles, Queen, Tom Petty, and Michael Jackson, I can get through it. I'm actually really glad to have this contest help me get on down there (thank heavens the weather's starting to get me outside again) and earn those points! GOOD LUCK - YOU CAN DO IT!
