Bretts Goals

My starting weight is 198.5 and my goal weight is 180.

My plan is to run for thirty minutes three times a week and do sit-ups as well. I will lift weights for thirty minutes the other three days a week. My goal is to tone rather than build so I will use low weight high reps. 

bad habit to give up: speaking to my wife and children in an angry tone

Good habit to replace bad habit: communicate my love to my wife and children through the tone of my voice.
