great game!

We have both enjoyed doing this,
and I am saying for myself, that being
dedicated to this has helped me know that
the balance of doing all the healthy things we
should do, makes you feel so much better! I haven't
given it my 100%, but I have given it enough to know
that next time I can do better. Having all these goals and
changes to work on, has been good. The rules of this game are
"all for the good in ourselves." With each new change in life, for
me it works better to do "baby steps." If I make change gradually,
its easier to keep those changes in my life!!
