I was running with my friend on 11th east and 5600 south and a guy decided to show us his junk. I had another friend who saw the same guy a day earlier on 4th east and 5600 south. It was really scary so DON'T RUN ALONE. He is on the prowl we called the cops, but the penis man escaped.
