I need to learn how to let my stress go. I sleep for an hour then I'm awake for three...... I sleep for an hour then I'm awake for three....... I stare at the ceiling, the floor, my cat climbing all over my feet and nothing will stop the voices in my head telling me everything that needs to be done the next day ( or week) and everything that should have been done today that didn't get done! I know I will never loose the weight I want if I don't relax! HELP! Any suggestions on how to relax your mind at night?
