This morning as I drove to Yoga it was snowing really hard. When we finished, my yoga teacher looked outside and said "It stopped snowing and the sun is out. See what good yoga does for the world?" You can thank bikram yogis for your sunshine today :)

I want to come do a class with you sometime. I haven't done Bikram for several years.
The first saturday of the month at 10am is free to anyone as a trial. Michele is joining me on May 1. It would be great to have you along too. I would shoot to get there at least by 9:40 as it is a very full class. we can stake out a spot in the back.
