it was a little bit of a rough day. i am just now doing my communication (it is 10:30) and i just finished my 20 minutes of exercise. there is no reason for it other than that i was lazy and didn't want to do it. i am glad that i don't feel like this every day.

I should have done my exercise at 10:30 because I was so sore and tired i decided to take a penalty! so good on you that you did it!
I hope it wasn't rough cuz' you were so unselfish and watched my kiddos. Thank you, by the way! You are the bestest!
it had absolutely NOTHING to do with watching your kids. they were angels as always and i loved having them. i hope that you had fun! did you use your meal off?
