Some of you may have noticed but Jodi and Lori lost a teammate today-so sad to see him go, but I understand completely!! He is a busy young man right now with a fiance and school and work and other responsibilities. I hope he continues to do what he can and follows our game.

Had me some orange chicken tonight. Very tasty and I don't think at all bad for you. I will post the recipe later.

he is doing the exercise, water, sleep and pretty good at healthy eating. His mom tried to tell him it was too much, it was fun to see his face when I told him, "I told you so!" He will be way less stressed out without this.
