This has been the hardest week since March for me. I've learned some valuable lessons...
1. One free day in seven is gosh-a-plenty.
2. Emotional eating does not, in fact, anesthetize emotional pain. SO WHY BOTHER?
3. Vegetables are our friend.
4. Bread is not (well, white bread, anyway).
5. Not new but still: I LOVE TO EXERCISE. Especially when I'm done.
6. If you PAY ATTENTION (my worst event) your body will actually positively/negatively reinforce you in your food choices.
