Crazy Morning!
I finally, just got My Husband, Son and the Young Men packed and on the road to Zions Park. Now I can think about me for a second. It is almost noon and I haven't exercised, eaten or drank a drop of water. But I'm proud to say that I made all the boys a Pancake - Waffle breakfast with butter, homemade syrup and whipping cream and I did not partake. So I guess I'll go enjoy a bowl of yogurt, nuts and berries instead.

I don't even know you and I'm proud of you! Awesome display of will-power and teamwork. And I'd be willing to bet that now that it's behind you, you feel really good about your efforts and like you are stronger! That's progress and that's what it's all about. Very awesome. Good job. DtT
