Oh, how I love my exercising. And I'm loving that calm that comes from keeping your blood sugar stable throughout the day. The five meals has been challenging, but I'm so happy I'm learning these habits. I love going to bed hungry. I love eating till I'm not hungry AND NO MORE. I love only having goodies on free days. This calm in my head......I don't know how to describe it - but i love it. Here's to week 3.
