Exercise

For me, the hardest part of exercise is just getting up and going. We have a membership at a gym that's 20 minutes away and taking the time to travel is a drag. But once I get there and start working out, the endorphins kick in and make a huge difference in my day. I lifted weights today (1/2 hour) and jogged on the treadmill (1/2 hour). Wahoo!
