Good routine

It's nice to get a bit of routine down - go get a good sweat (20 points) and blog while you cool down (5 points). I have not missed a single day of exercise since March 8 - 4 days before the first contest began. A complete AMEN to Kristin - it's got to be the first thing I do. Thank you, GAME ON!
