Great Meal

I've been experimenting with green smoothie recipes and today was the best one yet.
Skim milk, protein powder, blueberries, strawberries, ruby red powder, royal greens (has a hint of mint) and fill the rest of the blender up with spinach. The color is nasty but it tastes yummy and is good for you. My kids even love it!
