Lot of food for little calories

This morning I had my egg beaters with mini peppers and scallions, AND my grape tomatoes with parmesan cheese (nuke 'em). Add a piece of whole wheat toast, and what a great breakfast! It's a LOT of food, and it's 6 points on Weight Watchers.

That and an hour walk with hubby - great way to start the day.
