Jodi I totally get what your saying!! I was feeling really good about my week last week. Then yesterday there was lots of fighting in my house and emotions were running high. So what do I do? Jump into a bag of chocolate so I already have a snacking penalty!! I find that my emotions are directly realated to this fabulous fight with diet and excersise. If you find an answer let me know!

Hey Kristin - Talk about hitting the nail right on the head. I too, probably like many of us, have food and emotions directly connected. It's amazing. It's also learned. So, that means you can un-learn it. Recognition is the first and probably the most important step. Now that you know it, plan ahead for a "option B" on reacting to stress. Ponder it and you'll figure it out. It's not easy but it's doable. Good luck. We're behind you all the way.
