Total

My points for the week are 683. I thought drinking that much water would be the hardest part for me, but it's actually harder for me to find the time to fit 5 meals into my day. Now I see why I had the bad habit of starving myself during the day and gorging at night. It takes a lot of planning ahead and packing healthy snacks to take on the road, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I'll do better next week!
