ATTENTION! PLEASE READ!
I found out there is some confusion about free day. everyone gets a free day off of all point items. example: one day without exercise, one day without water, one day without blogging, one day without new habits etc. these day off items do not need to occur on the same day, say you dont get all your water in on sunday, and you dont blog on monday, or dont do your habits on wed. you can split them up. just mark on your score sheet the points and then next to it write off so you can keep track of what day you took off what thing. also your free day of meals can be split up. take breakfast on a wed, lunch on a friday dinner on a sunday. we are not going to go back and adjust scores for the last two weeks if you took penalties for these things, we are just starting that as of today.
