Sleep

So sleep is kicking my butt this contest. I am really struggling to be in bed 7 hours, when I'm waking up after 4 or 5. I'm doing it, because I've committed to my partner to get a perfect score for these 8 weeks, but only after a sizeable "intermission." This leaves me sluggish, and lethargic, and apathetic. Eeyore is more like Donkey from 'Shrek' by comparison, K?

In the past, that is when I have eaten too much sugar. My adrenals SCREAM for sugar. Is there any better proof that sugar is a drug to my system? I am dragging myself to the gym now, against my very will. I have 29+ weeks' proof that I WILL feel better afterwards, RIGHT?

You guys are great - thanks for your positive outlook on life. At the risk of being repetitive, I really love this contest.
