fast sunday

wow, it is hard to get the water in when fasting all day. i am afraid i will be up all night! I hope all of you know that on fast sunday you give yourself full meal points if you fast. i am not sure we covered that for the new people at the meeting. amazing how good food taste when you have fasted all day! hope you had a great day!
