Week 2

I'm so excited my weight went down again this week. When I first began lifting 7 years ago, it took weeks for the scale to start going down. The best part: I have one of those scales that approximates your body fat percentage, water, bone, etc. My fat percentage was down 2.2% from two weeks ago!

It continues to be hard to plan 5 healthy meals every day (Dan, I feel your pain) - it's my biggest challenge. But, this week's total.......720.

I love this contest.
