Habits

This is a paraphrase of one of my favorite quotes. It's been rattling around in my head this morning, as I completed 29 consecutive weeks of exercising 6 days. It's Albert Grey, whoever he is, and it goes something like this:

"The difference between successful people and failures is that successful people have the habit of doing things that the failures don't like to do. The successful people don't necessarily like doing it either, but the strength of their purpose subordinates their disliking."

What a great way to describe.......a true grown-up?

Here's to week 3!
