Are you getting enough protein?

If you are doing any exercises to build muscle, make sure you are eating enough protein. I usally consume 50-75g of protein per day when I am doing strength training.

Good reminder!! I'm not much of a meat eater (basically i have to force myself) so it is hard to get enough protein. Thank heavens for protein shakes

Lentils are a great source of protein. You can add them to soups, salads, or casseroles.
