What a day! I got my menu done for the week, my workouts planned for the week, an hour on my Walker and 30 mins on the Total Body Gym. Now I am going to sit back and watch Ruby. She is so funny and she is a great person to show how hard you have to work to get the weight off. Not only that but she shows that you have to change your lifestyle from the inside out. Anyone who has not seen this show..... you should watch it :)
