O.k. i did my fast walking this morning for an hour and my 20 minute ab work out. Why do I always feel so yucky after working out. I want to go crawl into bed. I thought it was supposed to energize you. Well, it just wipes me out for the day, and my feet just kill after walking. I can barely get out of bed in the morning. I sure hope this changes, it is really hard to work out when it makes you feel worse :(

Oh honey - I am with you sista! All that crap about endorphins and getting buzzed after workouts doesn't apply to me! However, I feel hopeful after watching a Biggest Loser the other day. The contestant had been a big girl (297 lbs) and she was a finalist. At the end, she had lost 80 lbs. They had a challenge where they put the 80 lbs back on her by way of body weights, then made her run around a track. She said that her knees and ankles hurt like they used to when she was big! She realized that taking the weight OFF reduced her pain. So, here's hoping!
