kids workout

I ended up incorporating my kids into my workouts today. My daughter who's almost 3 did some of my new boot camp dvd then ran circles around me while I finished it. Then I
rode the stationary bike, my 4 month old started fussing so I held her for 15 or 20 min. Made me feel I was strengthening my arms and back in the process. I feel pretty good, we'll see how I feel tomorrow ;)
