If You Like Peanut Butter...

There is a healthy peanut butter at Whole Foods (the store formerly known as Wild Oats) called "Better'n Peanut Butter." It contains 2 g. fat and 100 calories per serving (2 Tbsp.) versus 16 g. fat and 190 calories in regular peanut butter. Yeah. Ingredients: peanuts (as defatted peanut flour, peanut butter and natural peanut oils), pure water, tapioca syrup, rice syrup, vegetable glycerine, dehydrated cane juice, tapioca starch, natural colors and flavors, salt, calcium carbonate, lechithin, toccopherol (vitamin E), sodium ascorbate (vitamin C).

I love to spread this on whole wheat toast - that amazing dense 5 g. of fiber per slice kind - and slice up a banana on top. Delicious treat. 3 points on Weight Watchers, cause I never need the whole 2 Tbsp. serving of peanut butter.
