I am real sick today, and have been sleeping all day! I worked for 5 of my 13 hour shift today, then they cancelled me for the rest of the shift, and I was so happy, because I woke up sooo miserable.
I worked out for 2 1/2 hours yesterday, and maybe overdid it? So now I need to get my butt in gear and do my workout for today!!
I am hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow.
