Two things I've been thinking about!
1. I am creating my own food group the "C" group all my favorites Candy, Cookies, Carbs, Cake and Coke! It's time to say goodbye!
2. Why are people so ignorant. The story- I walked into a gas station 2 days ago for a date with one of my "C" friends diet coke! I was carrying my 16 month old son. I was also carrying an extra 40lbs. That I've been hanging onto for the last couple of years! When the cashier proceeds "cute baby, you having another one or did you just have one?" my reply "no I'm just fat, thanks for noticing!" I wanted to throw my coke in his face. So I did what most would do got in my car and balled my eyes out. Wow was that a wake up call. Thank goodness I had a plan, this game was starting. So grateful to have this opportunity to get healthy with friends. I'm so excited to get to know all of you! In the past this blog has been healing for me. Let's get to work.
Time to change my habits. Time to accept responsibility for what I've been doing to my body!

I had that happen to me too! It was a coworker from India (an older gentlemen or not) he asked me if I was pregnant. The weird thing is that I had weigh the same for over a year. I told him I wasn't pregnant but if I was I had the gestation period of like an elephant! What a rude idiot!! Glad he is retired!
