Hey everyone! I hope it was a great day for you guys. It was a great day for me too. It was hard to get back on track to eating healthy. I am in school right now and so drinking 100 oz. can be really hard, especially when your classes are 1 hr long and you haven't gone to the bathroom.... in 1 hour. :-) But I'll adjust. So I want to revise my goals (not that I think I can't do it- I was just informed my goals have to be different from the set rules...) So I want to keep my getting rid of bad habit, which is to not eat sweets after my meals and for a goal to start... it is to write down everything I eat.
