Don't worry - Be happy

I have to admit that over the years I have had my struggles with being happy. The stresses of life and my own personality conspired against me at times. Knowing that the object and design of our existence is to be happy, I have to accept responsibility for my own well-being. I truly believe that being happy is a learned behavior - one that requires constant practice.

Turns out that there is even another benefit from being happy: A Cornell University study showed that people who are sad tend to not only eat more food but also eat more high-carbohydrate, high-calorie comfort food than those who feel happy.

Just another great reason to be happy!
