Well, this week has been a great week. A hard one... That is for sure. I think my hardest thing to do in Exercising. I know I need to and it helps me a lot, but during school it seems to be a last priority for me. Anyway I am trying to make sure I plan it in... or it will not get done. But it is getting easier as the semester starts.
On another note,... Anybody have any good snack/ meal ideas that are easy to make and take to school?

hummus with veggies or baked tortilla chips, 15 almonds and a piece of fruit, string cheese and a piece of fruit, 100 calorie alternative bagels with 1/3 less fat cream cheese, peanut butter with celery or apples, fat free popcorn with cherry tomatoes, slice of turkey with low fat cream cheese rolled up. hope those help!
