Growing Pains

To me this contest is engendered in what Sarah has said a couple of times: Overcoming old and bad habits. It is very challenging. "Happiness is neither virtue nor pleasure nor this thing nor that but simply growth. We are happy when we are growing" (William Butler Yeats). One thing I do know: I am growing when I am defeating bad habits!
