Happy to be starting a new week. As far as exercise goes..... I'm always in for whatever. But, it is always helpful to have a goal to be working towards (i.e. triathlon, 5k, marathon,climbing a mountain, bike racing, etc). If you are always trying new goals, your workouts will always be changing depending on what you are training for. This theory is supposed to do wonders for your body by muscle confusion. It never knows what you are going to throw at it.
I am now training for the dirty dash which is a 10k run with 9 muddy obstacles. Now this one is just plain fun to think of how to train for. If any of you would like to come train with me, i promise you will get lots of looks (and probably a few laughs).
