Does anyone know a free, don't have to set up an account & provide your first baby tooth, web sight that has a list of foods and the numbers of calories they have? OR you put in the food and it tells you how many calories. I would appreciate any info you all have. THANKS!
livestrong.com is awesome for this. there is a link to "dinner plate" on livestrong.com and you can create a profile and it will keep track of your calories, fat, sugar, protein, etc... (you dont even have to create a profile, but I recommend it). It is really easy and all you do is enter the food you ate and it will most likely recognize it. The "dinner plate" also does brands of foods like: yoplait yogurt, or subway club, or lean cuisine: french bread pizza. it is awesome!
