Routine

This is a nice routine every morning - to blog while I cool down. Good workout. Kristin - I saw you running on my way to the gym - go girl!

I had great dinner last night - we had leftover small new potatoes from our ward garden that we had steamd for Sunday's dinner. So I opened a can of low-fat turkey chili, used low-fat grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and low-fat sour cream. Had a big salad with it. YUM. Very satisfying.

It's so interesting how on the one hand I fight routine and structure, but on the other hand, I crave it! Remember: if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten.
