Sorry Jodi
I had a hungry week. You know, one of those weeks where you feel like you could eat your shoe if only you had some yummy dipping sauce... The thing is, instead of eating crappy stuff and making bad (or worse) choices, I tried to just eat more good stuff. So I took some snacking penalties because I ate a few too many snacks, even though they were healthier snacks than I would have otherwise chosen. Some weeks are like that.. and I am OK with that. It is not always going to be easy and I am fully invested for life. There will be ups and downs on the scale, as well as in life, and I am not going to let it define me or how I feel about my day. So with that said, here is my crappy score... 685 (hopefully, next week, I won't have a hungry week...)
