Pork roast in the crockpot all day - with applesauce cinnamon glaze.
YUM. The leftovers will pretend to be Cafe Rio salad this week.
Steamed tiny new potatoes from our ward's garden, and corn on the cob from Farmer's Market. Salad with fresh tomatoes and avocadoes, and that homemade vinaigrette that I love.
This is much, much better than dessert. Truly.
