victory over lunch out with the girls

Today I went to lunch with the girls it was my longest Friend Gina's birthday I loved celebrating with her. I had a dilemma it was not my free day. I did not want to use it as my free day either Doug has a date planned and he told me to save my free meal for him on Friday and I really like having my free day be on Saturday. I managed to have a half of sandwich and a small cup of soup. I passed of the desert. I had a great time visiting and I did not even feel deprived. I like having that kind of willpower.
