I have learned a lot already:
I had to lose 30 points from not getting 7 hrs. of sleep on 2 different nights!!! Talk about horrible! I was so disappointed in that! It was due to a lack of planning on my part and I still had so much to do at night time that had to be done.....then I had to wake up early to go exercise! I didn't want to lose those points, too!! Anyway, it taught me that planning is so valuable! I will do better next week!
On the bright side, I did lose 4 lbs!!! (YEA!!!)
So, my points are 670+10 (1% weight loss goal) + 10 (reporting by noon)= 690.
