Apoligies if needed
I'm sorry if i offended anybody in my voting blog. (Tiff and Laureen) but I just feel very passionate about not quitting. We all have days that make us want to quit. (health problems, depression, anxiety, stress, marital problems, hormonal changes due to new babies or the lovely menopause, stress of not having a job, stress of working too many hours and trying to take care of several kids, thyroid imbalances, bad knees, bad feet, bad back, grey hair (where did that come from?) finding a possible melanoma right next to your pee pee hole and not knowing how to go about showing someone, sleep disorders, finals................ did i miss anything?

Very nicely put Jodi. I agree, we do all have many stressors going on in our lives and to be honest, it is a brutal 8 weeks when it's hard to get the ball rolling and form new habits but we can do it! And with all the stressors we all have, after we have acquired healthy habits, it will make those stressors just a little bit easier to deal with.
