Cold Yoga

I do Bikram Yoga, and usually the room temp is somewhere between 105-115 degrees. I typically sweat a gallon...and that may not be an exaggeration. Today though, the room was the coolest I've ever been in, don't know the exact temp, but I hardly broke a sweat. What fun to have a new experience. I am sure when the studio re-opens after their remodeling this weekend, it will be back to normal. BTW, if any of you are interested in trying it, the studio offers a free session, at 10:00am every first Saturday of the month. Namaste :)
