This post is for Janna, I was just looking over your goals...cause im 100% in awe over these workouts you have been pulling out. Lately I have no energy to workout, I'm starting to think im not eating enough. BUUUUUT back to my question...how do you like the Making the Cut diet? Is it hard? Time consuming? and the biggest question....could a picky eater do it? I am seriously considering going and getting the book, just kinda maybe wanted to hear your (or anyone else that may have done it) thoughts on it. Thanks!!

The book makes lots of sense. The diets are customized to how you oxidize food. I don't eat preservatives and processed food and the diet is pretty easy to do. If you have the time to cook, the recipes are doable. I have been really happy with it so far. Lots of variety.
And the workouts in the book are great too.
