GAME ON!!!

I know this has been a hard start for many as it was for me the first week of my previous challenge. It is hard to remember all that you need to do for all of the points. Just a helpful reminder.... just mark your points daily on your score sheet and let us know if you have any questions along the way. I'm hoping at this point, you all are seeing more energy and feeling better about making good choices . I am excited about extending this challenge to 8 weeks instead of my previous 4 week challenge. Continue to strive for a perfect score but don't beat yourself up if you make mistakes.

I most definitely can tell already that I have more energy and that I don't eat as much when it comes to like lunch or dinner because I'm not as hungry as I usually am...yay!
