Woke up, took my dog for an hour walk.
Went to work, went for 7 mile run.
Went to the gym, did 75 minutes on the elliptical machine.
Came home, took my dog for an hour walk.
Today:
Woke up, took my dog for an hour walk.
Got home from work, went for a 50 mile bike ride.
Later, take my dog for an hour walk.
I'm worn out. And I get to do it all over again tomorrow.

What energy pills are you on sista??? Be careful, it sounds like you are overdoing it! I don't want a partner that kills over.
I'm training for the Provo half and then goldilocks the week after. To events at the same time is hard.
I bet you sleep well at night... I would if I was working out that much
