That's going to be the biggest challenge for someone with the attention span of a GNAT. I have a little notebook on my kitchen counter, though, and I'm writing down everything I eat. I hope that helps me not go too long. And Kristin - thank you for Holy Water. Interesting observation: I've been trying to drink the 100 oz. this whole week, in preparation for yesterday. I must be RE-hydrating, because even though I a constantly going to the bathroom as my bladder adjusts, my mouth has often felt DRY during the day. Interesting, eh?
The fruits and vegetables definitely help me not crave sweets as much. SECRET WEAPON: V-8 juice. It's not girl scout cookies, but still...

Laureen, I have the same problem, I just forget to eat. I bought a watch that I set to give me a reminder every two hours. That seems to be helping.
way to go girls! Hang in there, your body will get used to it and then it won't be so hard to remember.
