Interesting!

So I noticed something that's like an ah-hah moment for me even though it may seem like common sense to you all. ha ha. So, today I used my free day to eat whatever because I had a potluck at school and wanted to be able to try a bunch of different dishes-good or bad for me. ha ha. I noticed that from "training" my body with good healthy foods that once I ate most the fatty and sugary stuff today, by the end of the afternoon I felt SO sick! My body totally was not liking it whatsoever and felt like it was rejecting the food pretty fast. I guess I've learned my lesson- don't over do it! (But I am happy to say that I could notice a difference in how I felt when I ate certain foods!)
