No more diet coke

This first week has been fun! I have noticed that having goals set definitely has helped me to stay on track. It has also been helpful to read all of your blogs and know that we all are feeling the same way! I have noticed that not having diet coke has made me drink more H2O.

Keith says: Getting off the Diet Coke has made a world of difference! I have been sleeping better and feel better.
