PLEASE READ!

I have had a few people be confused about the 50 points for the weight loss/fitness goal. The only ones that the fitness goal apply to is if you are at your ideal weight. I think we might only have 1 or 2 people this applies to. So you don't need to set a fitness goal for the game unless you are one of these people. if you are not at your ideal weight you can only get the 50 points if you lose your 1% for the week. Another confusing thing I have run across is that you cannot set a new habit or get rid of an old habit if it is already part of the rules. For instance: if your new habit is to exercise everyday that is already included in the rules. I have had quite a few people worried about the honesty of people with their points. I hope we can all be honest and realize this game is strictly honor. If there is anything else you are confused about, don't hesitate to ask. I wish everyone the best of luck!
